- We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
- Canada wide shipping is available via Canada Post at a flat rate of $20, with orders $100 and over qualifying for free shipping.
- Please inquire for shipping to the United States.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post Tracking number.
- For your convenience, we also offer local pick-up at any of our Markets or Events. Dates and locations are subject to change.
- To arrange pick up at the farm, please contact me via phone or email.
Returns & Exhange Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If you believe your product was defective, please see our information on how to use your goats milk soap. If you have followed all the recommendations on how to ensure the quality of your product and you are still unsatisfied, please contact us.
